About me
I’m passionate about helping people to ‘find their why’, what makes them tick, their values and passions. Then by understanding those key parts of themselves I help them to create a business that is both fulfilling and profitable. I believe that by embracing your ‘why’ you can create a business you love, so work doesn’t feel like work. Here you can learn a bit about my ‘why’ and the journey I’ve taken to get where I am now.
My Why
My sudden change from my cushy corporate career to starting my own business was one of challenges, risks and great reward! But what inspired this big change you may ask?
Well, the answer is my kids. I realised I was missing out on watching them grow up and being a father to them and that wasn’t acceptable to me. Having grown up without a stable father figure I was determined to not let this become their story. So I quit!

Better Body in 12 Weeks
I’ve always placed a high value on keeping fit to maximise my business performance, set a good example for my boys and be able to keep up with their sporting passions.
I began my sporting career in an unusual way. I was raised by a single mother with hippy ideals – something that exposed me to a diverse variety of ideas and lifestyles. Vegetarianism, growing your own food, yoga, eastern philosophy, and alternative medicine were all part of my childhood experience. This might be hipster cool now, but growing up in suburban Melbourne in the 1980’s, this was quite strange!
I wasn’t allowed to compete in traditional sports like football and cricket and instead, I expressed my sporting ability in martial arts. Studying Judo, attaining a black belt in Karate and full contact Maui Thai honed my training and commitment to fitness.
This book is not a short cut to massive arms or rock hard abs. It’s simple and effective advice from one dad to another. A better life through good health is the primary outcome.
