The BYOB Program is a journey designed to help you create, launch and grow your own business. The program begins with the 12 week accelerator, followed by 12 weeks of implementation with supportive coaching to not only give you the building blocks to start your business but also the accountability and support to launch successfully.

6 Month Program

Build Your Own Business a program designed for Corporate Escapees. This 6 month program consists of Accelerator and Supportive Coaching sections. In the first 12 weeks you’ll go through the Understand, Build and Leverage sections of the e-ttraction model, giving you the building blocks to start your business. In the next 12 weeks you’ll launch your business with supportive Coaching, providing the accountability and support to launch successfully and begin generating income. The goal is to earn more than the investment in the program by the end of 6 months.

We include this process as there are certain challenges you’ll face within each stage that are important to be aware of.

In this week, you will learn one of the biggest factors to any new portfolio business is the resources you have to apply to it.

Week 5. LinkedIn
In the Build Phase, you will learn the importance of LinkedIn for your personal branding as well as the company’s branding and how to set up your profile.

Week 6. Website and SEO
Recognise the importance of a website in your marketing strategy and how to boost your SEO.

Week 7. Social Media
In this section we’ll delve into some of the other platforms, their strengths and weaknesses and individual features.

Week 8. Email Marketing & CRM Platforms
You will explore how this solution can be used effectively and some tools and techniques that are required to run this well.

Week 9. Content
In the Leverage Phase, you will begin by understanding your audience and tailoring content to the platforms they use.

Week 10. Connections
In this week, we focus on leveraging your personal and professional connections to build a strong customer base.

Week 11. Pitch Process
The pitch process is essential for effectively communicating your business idea and value proposition.

Week 12. Close and Products
In this module, you'll focus on closing sales—one of the most critical aspects of turning your business from an idea into a profitable venture

Reflect on your journey so far, celebrate your progress, and refine your vision, mission, and goals.
