How to refer clients to members

  • Email an introduction from yourself to the prospect and CC the referee and BCC hello@socialstar.com.au so we can track your progress.

It doesn't have to be a long email but it is an important step to have a record of the details and provides valuable information so each party can review the other prior to agreeing to meet.

    Example:

    Hi Sevan & Andrew

I’d like to introduce you two.

Andrew – I was with Sevan today at Alexander Spencer after appearing on his podcast 'The Bottom Line'. Sevan is a driven and engaging Accountant with a difference.

Sevan – Andrew Ford is a friend and consultant I have benefited immensely from working with in social media and personal branding at Social Star.

I’ll leave you two to introduce yourselves and suggest you meet up for a coffee together.

    Cheers,

    Darren

PS I have attached a brief summary of Andrew for your reference.

  • Send a book.  Visit my website book page (https://darrenkbourke.com/the-fourth-moon) and fill in the details of your client and make the payment via bank transfer. Please include a personal note from yourself which we can replicate into the package.

  • Forward one of my content emails and BCC me. Each fortnight I publish a blog or video for my clients and forwarding that to one of your prospects is a great way to introduce my brand to them.

  • Invite them to one of our events! If there is an event coming up soon, why not bring your prospect there to meet us face to face as it's still the best form of introduction?
